Petition: Facebook Won’t Let You Befriend Yourself!

Many psychiatrists believe that the first step in happiness is to be friends with yourself. In my journey for self-discovery I tried to add myself as my friend on Facebook and this is what I got for my efforts:

See For Yourself
1) Log in to Facebook and go to your profile.
2) You will see one of two types of URLs depending on whether or not you created a username for yourself:
http://www.facebook.com/cdlondon?ref=profile
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1549374231234
3) If your profile is the (a) profile then your id is your username (cdlondon). If your profile is type (b) then your id is all of the numbers after profile.php?id= so in this case 1549374231234
4) Copy and Paste this link with your ID in it:
http://www.facebook.com/addfriend.php?id=***Your ID***
